Role Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you will be the creative force and brand storyteller behind our portfolio of startups. You will develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement, build communities, and deliver measurable business growth for both consumer-facing F&B brands and professional services companies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies and content calendars for multiple startup brands.
- Create, design, and schedule high-engagement content (posts, Stories, Reels, videos, carousels) optimized for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage daily community engagement, respond to comments and DMs, and nurture loyal online communities.
- Monitor trends, algorithms, and competitor activity—especially in F&B (visual storytelling, food content, promotions) and Professional Services (thought leadership, B2B networking).
- Track performance using analytics tools, generate insightful reports on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions), and recommend optimizations.
- Plan and execute social campaigns, promotions, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate closely with founders, operations teams, and marketing stakeholders to align social efforts with overall business goals.
- Ensure all content maintains consistent brand voice, values, and visual identity across accounts.
- 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management, ideally handling multiple brands or clients (agency or startup experience is a strong plus).
- Open to new graduates.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns with measurable results, preferably in F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or professional/B2B services.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills, with proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling/analytics platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of the Philippine digital audience and local market trends.
- Excellent command of both English and Filipino (Tagalog).
- Highly organized, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project startup environment.
- Must be based in Metro Manila or willing to work hybrid/on-site.
