Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and responsive Social Media Manager to manage our company pages, create engaging content, and handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
  • Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely manner
  • Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
  • Coordinate with marketing or sales teams for campaigns and promotions
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Track performance metrics and prepare reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts
  • Excellent written communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and respond quickly to inquiries
  • Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
