Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and responsive Social Media Manager to manage our company pages, create engaging content, and handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content
- Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely manner
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
- Coordinate with marketing or sales teams for campaigns and promotions
- Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
- Track performance metrics and prepare reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience managing social media accounts
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and respond quickly to inquiries
- Familiarity with social media tools and analytics
