The Booking / Motorized Salesman serves as Anghel Kape's frontline representative for direct account saturation, responsible for covering assigned barangays and cities to build and maintain a strong presence across all retail touchpoints – from sari-sari stores to local key accounts.

This role requires hands-on fieldwork and the ability to effectively sell a diverse range of products to drive market penetration and sales growth.

  1. Area Saturation & Account Management
  1. Cover assigned territories thoroughly, visiting every barangay and city within the area to engage with potential and existing accounts.
  2. Target all retail channels including sari-sari stores, convenience stores, small groceries, and local key accounts.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners and decision-makers to ensure consistent product placement and reorders.
  1. Sales & Booking Execution
  1. Conduct in-person sales presentations to promote Anghel Kape products and upsell across the product range.
  2. Process orders and bookings accurately, ensuring timely submission and coordination with delivery teams.
  3. Implement suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales per account and introduce new products to the market.
  1. Market Intelligence & Reporting
  1. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions within the territory.
  2. Submit daily activity reports, sales summaries, and market feedback to the Sales Team Lead.
  3. Identify opportunities for growth and recommend strategies to increase market share in assigned areas.
  1. Merchandising & Support
  1. Ensure proper product display, signage, and visibility at all accounts.
  2. Assist store owners with inventory management and reorder planning.
  3. Provide product knowledge training to store staff to help drive sales.
  1. Field Operations
  1. Conduct daily fieldwork as required, traveling via motorcycle to cover assigned areas efficiently.
  2. Adhere to schedule and route plans to ensure complete coverage of all target locations.
  3. Represent the brand professionally at all times while in the field.
  1. Client & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  1. Work closely with Sales on client presentations and tastings; tailor products to enterprise client briefs and price points.
  2. Align with Marketing on naming, claims, portioning, packaging, presentation and launch calendars.
  3. Support Sales with technical product details, cost sheets, and preparation methods.
