Job Description:We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our wellness and aesthetic clinic. The role involves leading the clinic team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting branch performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience in the aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, retail, or healthcare industry is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily clinic operations and staff
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and service quality
- Monitor compliance with company policies and SOPs
- Handle customer concerns and operational issues
- Support sales targets and branch performance
- Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements
