JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible of recording transactions related to depot fund expenses and replenishment. Proper documentation of Disallowances/Adjustments in Expense Report.

IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: AP Accountant

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Accounting -related course
• Computer literate(MS OFFICE)
• Good communication skills
• SAP background is advantage
• Attention to details
• With sense of Urgency
• Can work with minimum supervision

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Accuracy and timely recording of transactions related to depot fund expenses and replenishment thereof cut-off and correct cost center being observed.
2. On-time recording/processing of ER replenishment.
3. Effective communication which includes calls and email of disallowances made to Expense Reports to the concerned custodian; broadcast schedule of replenishment in a timely manner; and follow up of CA liquidation to comply with Finance policy(3 days after the transaction is completed).
4. Proper documentation of Disallowances/Adjustments in Expense Report (ER) and filling/returning of said documents. Ensures immediate turnover of documents for Taxes file, Asset file and Truck files.
5. Immediately pulls out requested ER’s for unexpected billing support and in case of complaints or other concerns/clarifications.
6. Keeping processed ERs on properly organized in the designated boxes with proper labels.
7. Recording of Outgoing Payments for each Replenishment Schedule.
8. ER processing of depot fund.
9. Act as reliever in case of absence of other ER Staff. Other tasks that may be assigned by your immediate head.
