Is currently looking for:

PRODUCTION ENGINEERING PERSONNEL

Qualifications:

• Male or Female
• 3-5 years of Manufacturing Experience
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering
• Fresh graduate is welcome
• Physically fit, willing to render overtime if needed
• Strong analytical, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Must be keen to details and is able to multi-task effectively
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets

Job Responsibilities:

• In-charge on the line assembly for the ST value and production efficiency
• Conduct study of production efficiency, productivity, layout and improvement
• Check the progress of the production line and perform a patrol check in the process if the SOP is followed
• Facilitate the implementation of 5S at the work place
• Conduct education, training plan and implementation to production team members
• Encode assembly monitoring data, output, efficiency and production daily performance. Review, analyze and provide countermeasures on the result of the data encoded
• Perform other duties as needed
• Knows how to conduct time and motion study
