Job Posting: HR/ADMIN Officer
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR/ADMIN Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive workplace environment.Additionally, the HR/ADMIN Officer will assist in the daily operations of the company and its subsidiaries, as well as the monitoring of building maintenance and tracking of company vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management- Oversee the overall functions of Human Resources, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, payroll, employee relations, and HR administration.
- Develop and implement effective human resources strategies, policies, and processes to support organizational goals.
- Review the company's organizational structure for optimal support of business processes, ensuring effective manpower and succession planning.
- Develop and maintain competitive remuneration and grading structures to attract and retain talent.
- Manage employee relations, welfare, safety, and health programs to foster a positive and compliant work environment.
- Manage security services, vehicle arrangements, office premises, facilities, and property maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.
- Monitor building maintenance and oversee office equipment to ensure all assets are in good working condition.
- Track and manage company vehicles, ensuring proper utilization, maintenance, and compliance with regulations.
- Facilitate travel logistics, including visa applications, travel tickets, hotel arrangements, local transportation, and expense reporting.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and government regulations, including conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the company in hearings.
- Oversee the processing of statutory benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.
- Facilitate timely payroll processing, including creating monthly payroll reports, statutory government reports, and finance-related submissions.
- Assist in the daily operations of the company and its subsidiaries.
- Travel frequently to Laguna for meetings and support related matters.
- Monitor and support the daily progress of company projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR and administrative functions, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory benefits, and government regulations in the Philippines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
- Ability to travel as required.
