About the role
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Brand & Marketing Generalist to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for discovering great products and building strong vendor relationships.The candidate will play a key role in researching product trends, assisting with vendor outreach, and supporting social media activities to help enhance brand presence and product visibility.
Essential- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Detail-oriented with good time management
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to gather, validate, and synthesize data from multiple sources
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus
- Experience managing social media pages
- Comfortable communicating with vendors and clients via phone and video calls
- Interest in branding, retail trends, or digital marketing
- Can work flexible working hours when required on occasion to meet workload and deadline needs.
- Confident & Fluent in conversing with the English Language
- Can speak confidently in front of groups
