About the role
As the Brand Content Specialist (Short Video / Social Media) you will play a crucial role in crafting and delivering engaging digital content that elevates the company's brand and resonates with our target audience. This full-time position is based in Cebu City, Cebu, and offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute a compelling content strategy for the brand's social media channels, with a focus on short-form video content
- Create and curate high-quality, visually-striking digital assets such as videos, graphics, and animations that align with the brand's visual identity
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate and produce content that effectively communicates the brand's message and resonates with the target audience
- Monitor and analyse social media performance, using data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimise content
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and incorporate them into the brand's content strategy
- Assist in the development and execution of broader marketing campaigns as needed
- Proven experience in creating engaging, high-performing social media content, especially short-form video content
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and effective content strategies for each
- Strong creative and storytelling skills, with the ability to transform complex information into visually appealing and impactful content
- Proficiency in using video editing software, graphic design tools, and social media management platforms
- Keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality, on-brand content
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance reporting to measure the success of content initiatives
