Job Title: Junior Customer Support Agent

Reports To: Customer Support Manager

We are looking for a Junior Customer Support Agent to join our growing iGaming PH support team. This role is

focused on helping customers with their questions through Intercom live chat, email, phone, and social media.

You don’t need years of experience, but you do need strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a

willingness to learn.

As a Junior Agent, you’ll handle straightforward inquiries, escalate more complex cases to senior staff, and gain valuable training and experience to grow within our support team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Intercom live chat, email, phone, and social media.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally to understand and resolve customer questions.
  • Use knowledge base articles and internal resources to provide accurate answers.
  • Escalate complex or urgent issues to senior support agents when needed.
  • Log and track interactions in our support system.
  • Suggest ideas for improving the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Comfortable using Intercom or similar CRM/helpdesk platforms (training will be provided).
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and patient approach to dealing with customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn, improve, and grow into more senior support roles.
