TL Sales and Management Services Inc. is seeking a talented Claims Associate to join our growing team in Cubao, Quezon City. As a Claims Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and efficiently processing insurance claims.This full-time position offers a dynamic and rewarding opportunity to contribute to the success of our Insurance & Superannuation business.
What you'll be doing- Reviewing and processing insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicating with customers, insurers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and resolve claims
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all claims-related activities
- Identifying and escalating complex or high-risk claims to the appropriate team members
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of claims processes and procedures
- Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
- Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and relevant software applications
- Relevant experience in the insurance industry or claims processing is preferred
