Job Overview
The Warehouse Finance & Inventory Manager oversees financial inventory controls while ensuring warehouse inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. The role drives inventory optimization and supports business profitability through effective inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Lead inventory reconciliation and warehouse financial controls.
- Monitor stock movements and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with inventory policies and warehouse procedures.
- Analyze inventory performance and generate management reports.
- Coordinate inventory audits and cycle count activities.
- Improve warehouse inventory processes using SAP Business One.
- Partner with Operations and Finance to improve inventory accuracy.
- Supervise inventory control personnel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience in warehouse operations or production management within FMCG.
- Background in warehouse or 3PL companies with inventory management expertise.
- Strong knowledge of inventory analysis and warehouse financial controls.
- Experience using SAP Business One.
