Key Responsibilities- Oversee Restaurant Management System (RMS) inventory modules, stock workflows, and store integration audits.
- Lead process improvement initiatives for stock forecasting, inventory variance tracking, and food waste management.
- Provide data-driven insights on menu costing, yield optimization, and F&B supply chain logistics.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering (IE) or related engineering/analytical disciplines.
- 5 to 10 years of managerial experience in F&B systems, supply chain planning, and store inventory control.
