• Your Mission: As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, responsible for creating a welcoming and professional impression. In this full-time role based in Cavite, Calabarzon, you will provide excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
• What You'll Do:
• Greeting and welcoming clients, visitors and staff in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintaining a neat and organized reception area
• Handling confidential information with the utmost discretion
• Assisting with other tasks as required
• What we're looking for:
• Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service-oriented role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
