About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As our Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is a full-time position that will involve greeting and assisting clients, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the wider team.

What you'll be doing
  • Warmly greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and colleagues to the office
  • Handling incoming telephone calls, routing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory as needed
  • Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office
What we're looking for
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
