Receptionist
About the role
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As our Receptionist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is a full-time position that will involve greeting and assisting clients, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to the wider team.
What you'll be doing- Warmly greeting and welcoming clients, visitors, and colleagues to the office
- Handling incoming telephone calls, routing them to the appropriate department or individual
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory as needed
- Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the smooth running of the office
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using standard office equipment and Microsoft Office applications
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
