Job Description:
- Coordinate procurement requirements between business teams (warehouse operations, expansions) and local procurement
- Manage vendors across multiple service categories, including assets, material handling equipment, liquidations, and site services
- Oversee asset inventory governance, system monitoring, maintenance planning, and inter-warehouse transfers
- Handle contract lifecycle management – drafting, review, renewals, and coordination with internal stakeholders and legal teams
- Ensure vendor performance and service continuity to support uninterrupted operations Lead projects and handle ad hoc initiatives as required
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management
- Mandatory experience on asset management systems
- Proven experience in vendor management and service governance
- Highly proactive with strong ownership and follow-through
