About the role
Copylandia Sales Corporation, a leading provider of office solutions, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our talent acquisition strategy and driving the recruitment process to identify and attract top talent.This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates for various roles within the organisation
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates
- Provide training and guidance to the recruitment team to ensure consistent and high-quality service
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the HR or FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and hiring managers
- Proven track record of building and managing a high-performing recruitment team
- Proficiency in using recruitment-related software and tools
- Data-driven mindset and ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
