- 1-2 years of training or teaching or comms coaching experience
- With experience in classroom management, training, and facilitation
- At least 6 months contact center experience and client relationship management
- With knowledge and experience in any mobile game/gaming and application
- Experience in handling gaming accounts, i.e., xBox is preferred, NOT required
- With project management experience, i.e., TNA or analysis to design and develop project which will have an impact to Ops (ex: trends in QA scores of the agents)
- With good comms skills
