RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical Drawing & Drafting: Create precise and detailed CAD drawings for solar PV systems, including site plans, array layouts, electrical single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, wiring schematics, and mechanical mounting details.
• Design Translation: Translate conceptual designs and engineering specifications into accurate, construction-ready drawings, ensuring all elements are clearly represented.
• Adherence to Standards: Ensure all drawings comply with relevant national and local electrical codes (e.g., NEC), building codes, utility interconnection requirements, and internal company drafting standards.
• Revision Management: Incorporate revisions and redlines from engineers, project managers, and field teams promptly and accurately, maintaining version control.
• Document Support: Assist in preparing comprehensive design packages for permitting, construction, and as-built documentation.
• File Management: Organize and maintain a well-structured library of CAD files, ensuring easy accessibility and proper archiving.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
• Licensed Civil Engineer
• Fresh Board Passed are welcome to apply
• Minimum of [1-3] years of experience as a CAD Operator/Drafter, with specific experience in solar PV, electrical, or construction projects highly preferred.
• Expert proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Familiarity with other design software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) is a plus.
• Skilled in AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Basic understanding of electrical principles and solar PV system components (modules, inverters, racking).
• Knowledge of relevant electrical and building codes (e.g., NEC) is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers and other team members.
