Fair and comparatively high salary based on abilities

Willing to work office based (Makati City)
Monday to Friday, working hours 8:00-17:00; overtime applies thereafter
Saturdays require attendance on a rotational basis once a month.
**Job Responsibilities
After learning how to properly draw 2D construction drawings, you will master BIM work using Revit.
Collaborate closely with team members to resolve project issues.
Conduct planned work while adhering to deadlines.
Create construction drawings based on design drawings.
Produce consistent drawings from design models and darwings to for construction models and drawings, including detailed construction drawings.
Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) and address issues as they arise to complete drawings.- Benefits of Joining

Individuals with a genuine interest in architecture and a strong desire to acquire architectural engineering skills.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (BS) or equivalent qualification.
Licensed Architect is an advantage.
Experience in architectural design is a big plus
At least 2 year of practical experience with Auto CAD
Knowledgeable in Autodesk Revit is an advantage
Confident, proactive, and able to complete drawings quickly and skillfully
Possess appropriate work ethics and the ability to adapt to various project standards.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and a team player.
