A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop engaging e-Learning content and multimedia learning experiences. The ideal candidate has strong writing skills, a solid understanding of instructional design principles, and hands-on experience creating digital learning materials, including videos and interactive modules.
YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES- Design, develop, and implement e-Learning courses and training materials based on learning objectives
- Write clear, engaging, and instructional content tailored to target audiences
- Create storyboards, scripts, and visual concepts for e-Learning modules and videos
- Develop interactive learning experiences using authoring tools and multimedia elements
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy
- Edit and produce instructional videos, presentations, and other digital assets
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE) and adult learning principles
- Review and revise content based on feedback and performance metrics
- Ensure all materials meet quality standards and are aligned with organizational goals
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, e-Learning Developer, or similar role
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience using Canva for visual content creation
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise)
- Knowledge of e-Learning design best practices and instructional design methodologies
- Basic video editing and multimedia production skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
