About the role

We are seeking a talented and driven Medical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Fosun Pharma (Philippines) Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the pharmaceutical and medical devices industry, building strong relationships with healthcare providers and promoting our innovative product portfolio.

1. Actively engage with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators, to educate them on our products and services
2. Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the industry
3. Accurately and effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our products
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement targeted promotional campaigns and activities
5. Collect and analyse market intelligence to identify new sales opportunities and trends
6. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic account planning and execution
7. Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns

1. Proven track record of success in medical sales or a related pharmaceutical/medical device sales role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence healthcare professionals
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions
4. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Relevant degree or certification in a healthcare or life sciences field, or equivalent experience
6. Thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, including relevant regulations and compliance requirements
