Your Responsibilities

As a forward thinking, hands on Senior Human Resources (HR) Generalist, you will focus on a variety of tasks in the whole employee journey. You will partner with the business to ensure smooth and efficient daily HR operations across recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention. You will also work with the international HR team to ensure consistent application of HR processes across locations, contributing to a positive, high-performing, and compliant work environment. As Manila based member of our international HR team you will report to the HR Lead, Manila. Moreover, you will:

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Drive a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported.
• Champion our workplace culture by fostering open communication and addressing employee concerns.
• Boost engagement and retention through strategic employee programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with line managers in other countries to enhance performance through coaching and training.
• Administer compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, providing clear guidance and support

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or a related field; HR certification from a reputable organization is an advantage.
• 10+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a senior HR Specialist or Generalist role.
• Proven success in end-to-end recruitment from entry-level to senior roles, including mid- to high-volume hiring within agreed timelines.
• Skilled in sourcing and recruitment using social media and professional platforms.
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, payroll tools, and HRIS platforms.
• Solid background in benefits administration and a deep understanding of local labor laws and ethical HR practices to ensure compliance.
• Expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, including tax annualization, is a plus.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking, with an organized, solution-oriented, and execution-focused mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a diverse, multicultural team within an international company environment is essential
• 4 to 6 months contract subject for extension or absorption
