What You’ll Do:
You will be the operational captain of the clinic — ensuring that the entire front-of-house and back-end workflow runs smoothly:
- Lead and coach the clinic team to deliver warm, efficient, patient-centered service
- Streamline workflows to improve speed, quality, and daily output
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable operational plans
- Solve problems on the spot and prevent issues before they escalate
- Handle staff concerns with fairness, empathy, and strong follow-through
- Manage performance metrics and implement continuous improvements
- Set the tone for a disciplined, organized, engaged, high-performing team
- Ensure service standards are consistently met
- Partner with cross-functional teams to roll out new processes or upgrades
Education:
- Graduate of any 4-year course(Nursing or healthcare-related degree is a plus but not required)
Experience / Background We’re Targeting:
We strongly encourage candidates from any of the following backgrounds:
- Senior or charge nurses with informal leadership experience
- BPO team leaders or workforce supervisors
- Assistant branch managers (pharmacy, diagnostics, retail, clinics, service brands)
- Ops, HR, or admin supervisors in fast-paced environments
You are a great fit if you have:
- At least 3–4 years’ work experience in an operations-heavy role
- Experience leading small teams or mentoring/junior supervision • Strong confidence in decision-making and solving day-to-day issues
- Experience handling metrics, customer concerns, and team performance
- A “fix it, improve it, scale it” mindset
- Strong org skills and computer proficiency
