As part of our expansion, we’re hiring a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Website Management & Maintenance

• Manage and update pages within WordPress
• Ensure all pages are correctly formatted, up to date, and visually consistent
• Identify and fix website issues (broken links, layout problems, missing content)
• Perform routine website checks to ensure full functionality and performance

1. Content Upload & Page Creation

• Upload and format blog articles and website content
• Create new pages including landing pages, campaign pages, and event pages
• Update product and service pages with accurate, optimized content
• Structure content for readability (headings, spacing, images, links, and flow)

1. SEO Implementation (On-Page)

• Apply on-page SEO best practices using tools like Yoast SEO
• Optimize meta titles and meta descriptions
• Ensure correct header structure (H1, H2, H3 hierarchy)
• Implement and manage internal linking strategies
• Optimize images (file size, alt text, naming conventions)
• Improve existing pages based on keyword and performance direction
• Identify and flag SEO or technical issues for review

1. Content Creation (SEO-Led Execution)

• Create blog articles and supporting content based on keyword research and briefs
• Ensure all content is:
• SEO-structured (keywords, headings, formatting)
• Easy to read and engaging for online audiences
• Aligned with brand tone and messaging guidelines
• Draft product/service descriptions and supporting web content where required
• Submit all content for review prior to publishing

1. Quality Control & Consistency

• Proofread all content before publishing
• Maintain consistency in layout, formatting, and structure across the website
• Follow established templates and content guidelines

1. Website Monitoring & Improvements

• Regularly review website content for accuracy and performance
• Identify outdated or underperforming pages and recommend updates
• Suggest improvements to usability, structure, and user experience
• Support ongoing website and digital marketing optimization efforts

• Experience in digital marketing, preferably with WordPress and SEO
• Strong understanding of on-page SEO principles
• Excellent attention to detail and content accuracy
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• Proactive mindset with a focus on performance and improvement
• Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
• Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
