As part of our continued growth at Skanos, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Digital Media Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced execution, enjoys both creative and analytical work, and is confident managing day-to-day digital marketing operations.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Digital Media Specialist, you will support the execution of the marketing strategy set by the Marketing Manager. You will manage day-to-day digital activity across paid media, social platforms, website content, CRM systems, and reporting—ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, optimised continuously, and aligned with business objectives.
- Creative & Content (Daily)
- Write ad copy based on Marketing Manager direction
- Update and rotate creative assets as required
- Update pricing, product, and content parameters
- Create photo and video content across brands
- Produce social media assets aligned to the content calendar
- Campaign Management (Daily)
- Launch and manage Meta and LinkedIn campaigns as directed
- Update audiences and targeting settings as instructed
- Execute A/B testing
- Optimise bids and budgets based on direction
- Pause underperforming ads and replace creative assets
- Troubleshoot rejected ads, tracking issues, and delivery errors
- Targeting & Social Media (Weekly)
- Schedule organic and paid content across all brands
- Build lookalike audiences and refine retargeting lists
- Apply audience exclusions as directed
- Support LinkedIn outreach and networking strategy
- Collect and compile competitor and market insights
- Monitor social comments and messages and escalate where required
- Tracking, Analytics & Reporting (Daily)
- Review performance dashboards and daily metrics
- Monitor Pixel and conversion tracking events
- Test landing pages and lead forms
- Track customer journeys and conversion performance
- Maintain campaign budgets and pacing
- Build and update dashboards across all channels (including Mailchimp)
- Produce monthly reporting packs for leadership review
- Website Management
- Update content in Neto and WordPress
- Adjust copy, images, and layouts as required
- Fix broken elements and technical issues
- Support content preparation for new website launch
- Maintain ongoing updates and performance monitoring
- Flag issues and improvements to the Marketing Manager
- SEO & Google Ads
- Not directly managed in this role
- A strong working knowledge is expected
- Strategy ownership remains with the Marketing Manager
- CRM & Direct Marketing (Daily)
- Manage Mailchimp email and SMS campaigns
- Execute automation workflows as designed
- Create Canva-based email templates
- Maintain CRM-to-Mailchimp data sync and segmentation
- Upload and manage leads from Lead Gen forms
- Monitor automation performance and report issues
- Schedule and send approved EDM campaigns
- Track email and SMS performance metrics daily
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Attend monthly sales and marketing meetings
- Share insights from campaign data
- Provide updates on key initiatives
- Agency & External Collaboration
- Supply creative and performance data to external agencies
- Support digital agency requirements (Skanos Digital)
- Deliver approved assets to external stakeholders and platforms
- Review & Monitoring Weekly:
- Monitor Meta Ads performance (spend, delivery, CTR, CPL)
- Track CPC, CPM, frequency, and campaign health
- Flag anomalies and optimisation opportunities
- End of Day Responsibilities (Daily)
- Implement final optimisations across campaigns
- Schedule next-day tasks in ClickUp
- Final checks on live ads and content
- Update marketing calendar entries
- Experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of SEO principles and Google Ads (advantageous)
- Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp preferred)
- Strong creative and analytical capability
- High attention to detail and strong execution discipline
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow structured direction
- Experience with Canva, ClickUp, or similar tools advantageous
- Willingness to work Australasian, North American, or UK shift hours
- Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City, Pampanga
