Job Description:
- Monitoring and managing payment collections
- Verifying and recording incoming payments
- Ensuring timely deposit of payments
- Handling account-related concerns or discrepancies
- Processing approved refunds and cancellations
- Ensuring proper documentation for item releases
- Organizing and maintaining records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Finance or any related field
- At least one (1) year experience as an Accounting Staff (accounts payable experience preferred)
- Working knowledge on operating office equipment (printers/ fax machines, etc)
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
- Good in time Management; Organizational skills; Interpersonal Skills
