Accounting-Finance Staff on TEMPORARY Basis

  1. Sales Invoicing & Recording
  • Responsible for cash receipts, prepare the necessary Sales Invoice for services
rendered and reconcile against bank account statement (cashiering function)
  • Custodian of the petty cash fund, ensure correctness and accuracy in compliance with
company’s policies and guidelines.
  1. Cash Flow Generation & Receivables Management
  • Produce daily cash report (inflows and outflows) for the Accounting & Finance
Supervisor.
  • Based on the Accounts Receivable Ageing and superior’s instruction, follow-up

payment of collectibles, provide feedback and/or escalate problematic accounts to

the Accounting & Finance Supervisor.
  • Monitor inventory of accountable forms (Sales Invoices) & partner with 3rd party
accounting provider for reprinting requirements.
  1. Partner with our 3rd party accounting provider for their needs to ensure a timely and

accurate, budget-compliant submission of deliverables for Financial Statement (FS):

  • Sales Upload File

  • Other files required
