Accounting / Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Bookkeeping: Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in encoding to accounting systems. Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense summaries. Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
Administrative Support: Manage and organize digital and physical files, contracts, receipts, and invoices. Provide clerical support to management, including document preparation and scheduling. Handle basic office procurement and monitor usage of supplies
Finance Monitoring & Compliance: Track and reconcile petty cash and other operational funds. Help ensure timely payments to suppliers, utilities, and other obligations. Assist with internal audits and documentation for compliance purposes
Communication & Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, banks, and external partners regarding payments, collections, and documentation. Coordinate with other departments to collect necessary documents for finance and admin purposes. Maintain clear communication with the management regarding financial deadlines and admin updates
