Linguage Inc. is currently looking for a Japanese Customer Service Manager to handle communication with our head office in Japan and oversee customer service operations, ensuring high quality support for Japanese- speaking clients. This role involves handling escalated issues and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinates with the head offices located in Japan.
Attend to email correspondence with the Japanese customers and update company social media accounts.Translates emails and communications between Japanese and non-Japanese staff providing interpretation during meetings.
Organizing and coordinating Japanese cultural events within the company.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements: Must be a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Team Management and Development
Excellent communication skills in English and JapaneseHas solid business email correspondence in Japanese
Proficient in using Microsoft office applications such as word, excel and PowerPoint presentations
A strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A related experience in the position with similar responsibilities is an advantage.
