About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a fulltime basis. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to launch their careers in a professional call centre environment. Based in Pasig City, Metro Manila, you will be at the heart of our customer-facing operations, providing exceptional support and building meaningful relationships with our clients.This role is fundamental to our company's success, as you will be the first point of contact for our customers, directly influencing their satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Address customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the system
- Resolve customer issues promptly or escalate to appropriate departments when necessary
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards consistently
- Contribute to meeting or exceeding team performance targets and key performance indicators
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality
- Recent graduate or fresh graduate with a high school diploma, vocational qualification, or bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Patience and empathy when interacting with diverse customers
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and call centre software
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
- Basic knowledge of English and Filipino language skills (preferred)
