Quality & Food Safety Manager | Pasig-Based | Open to Provincial Candidates

Job Summary

The Quality and Food Safety Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and other applicable quality and food safety standards.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor QMS documentation, quality performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and operational efficiency.
• Prepare quality reports and present recommendations to management.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biology, Microbiology, Agriculture, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Management within the food manufacturing, poultry, or FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, and Food Safety Management Systems.
• Experience in implementing or managing a Quality Management System (QMS); QMR experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
