DRAFTSMAN (ARCHICAD / REVIT)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit to support the preparation of architectural and construction drawings. The Draftsman will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to produce accurate technical drawings, 3D models, and documentation for various projects.

• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details using ArchiCAD or Revit.
• Develop and maintain BIM models based on project requirements and design standards.
• Convert conceptual sketches and design information into detailed construction drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and company standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other team members to resolve design conflicts.
• Update drawings and models based on revisions and site feedback.
• Assist in the preparation of as-built drawings and documentation.
• Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation.
• Support the team in producing presentation drawings and 3D visualizations when required.

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years experience in drafting or BIM modeling (preferred).
• Proficient in ArchiCAD or Revit.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software is an advantage.
• Understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and architectural standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience in BIM coordination.
• Knowledge of Philippine building codes and construction standards.
• Ability to create 3D models and basic renderings.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Office-based with coordination with the design and construction team.
• May require occasional site visits to verify dimensions and project details.
