Is currently looking for:

DRAFTSMAN

The Draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and plans based on specifications provided by architects, engineers, or project managers. This role ensures accuracy, compliance with industry standards, and timely delivery of drawings for construction and permitting purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Interpret sketches, concepts, and specifications into accurate technical plans.
• Ensure drawings comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers to clarify requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing layouts and plans for government permit applications.
• Provide technical support during construction and project implementation.

• Graduate of Drafting Technology, Architecture, or related course.
• Holder of TESDA Drafting NC II/III Certificate or equivalent training.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and local building codes.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in drafting or construction projects (fresh graduates with strong CAD skills may be considered).
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
