Role: Real Estate Researcher (Admin Support)
Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Night Shift

KEY SKILLS:

  • Strong online research skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Calendar management and scheduling
  • Excellent organizational abilities

Qualification and requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Preferred: Certification in Executive Assistance or related discipline
  • Consistency and stability in their work history
  • High level of accuracy in data entry
  • No planned extended leave within the next 6 months
  • Willing to work on graveyard shift

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an executive support role (experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required and considered a plus)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred

SOFTWARE:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with virtual collaboration tools like Zoom or Teams

PERSONALITY MATCH/SOFT SKILLS:

  • Hardworking with strong work ethic
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven executive assistance experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
