The Strata Report Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and preparing strata reports and related property documents to support informed real estate decisions. The role requires strong attention to detail, document analysis skills, and the ability to identify key risks, financial issues, and compliance matters within strata records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze strata reports, including meeting minutes, financial statements, bylaws, and disclosure documents
- Extract, summarize, and interpret critical information such as levies, special assessments, sinking funds, insurance coverage, and maintenance issues
- Identify potential red flags including legal disputes, building defects, financial risks, and non-compliance issues
- Prepare clear, concise, and accurate written summaries or reports for clients, brokers, or internal stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all strata-related data and reports
- Meet assigned productivity targets while maintaining high quality standards
- Follow established guidelines, templates, and quality control processes
- Communicate effectively with team leads or supervisors regarding unclear or incomplete documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive property and client information responsibly
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Experience in strata analysis, property management, real estate documentation, or report analysis is an advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent written communication and summarization skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret financial statements and legal or technical documents
- Proficient in MS Office or similar document management tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple reports within deadlines
