What is your mission?

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Representative to generate, qualify, and nurture leads through multi-channel outreach and strategic engagement. This role focuses on prospecting, lead qualification, appointment setting, and customer relationship development, using sales tools to drive pipeline growth and deliver qualified opportunities for Account Executives while ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and continuous pipeline optimization.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through prospecting, research, and outbound engagement activities
  • Conduct multi-channel outreach using phone, email, and professional networking platforms
  • Introduce company offerings and initiate early-stage client engagement conversations
  • Assess customer needs and perform lead qualification for potential business opportunities
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Maintain consistent lead nurturing and follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Record and update all activities in Customer Relationship Management systems ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Meet or exceed lead generation, qualification, and pipeline targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads
  • Utilize sales engagement tools and platforms for outreach and pipeline management
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, outreach strategies, and conversion performance
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, or similar roles
  • Proven experience performing lead generation, cold outreach, and opportunity qualification
  • Hands-on experience in multi-channel outreach using phone, email, and digital platforms
  • Strong background in appointment setting and supporting Account Executives
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience using sales engagement platforms such as SalesLoft, Winmo, ZoomInfo, or Lusha
  • Familiarity with advertising, media, software as a service, or business-to-business services industries
  • Experience tracking sales activities, pipeline performance, and reporting metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and data tracking systems
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence tools for sales, prospecting, or automation
  • Strong communication skills in English with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment
