About the role

As a Recruiter at Datagen Facilities, OPC', you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining the company's talent pipeline. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening and selecting high-calibre candidates to join our growing team for a Work-From-Home Opportunity.

This is a full-time remote position that offers opportunities for professional development and advancement within the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Actively sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and industry networks
Conducting initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define the ideal candidate profile
Coordinating the interview process, including scheduling, providing feedback, and making hiring recommendations
Maintaining a robust applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment pipeline
Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Providing feedback and insights to the HR team to continuously improve the recruitment process

What we're looking for

2-3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within the human resources and recruitment industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related tools and technologies
A passion for identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of the organization
