GRAPHIC ARTIST

Job Responsibilities:

• Plans, organizes, designs, and develops drafts of print-ready artwork, posters, brochures, newsletters, illustrations, advertisements, banners, and other items; produces projects in camera ready and/or web-ready formats
• Produces well-designed and engaging materials to promote brand awareness and understanding of the business we deliver
• Develops creative and interactive designs, layouts, and variousartworks for various marketing activities and events
• Supports the Marketing team with innovative and creative graphic design concepts and ideas for advertising and promotional materials for various marketing activities/events based on the direction given by the Marketing Manager.
• Coordinates with the Marketing team and other departments concerned when creating advertising and promotional materials both print and electronic

Job Qualifications:

• Should possess a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Graphic Art/Design, or any related course
• Should have at least three (3) years of experience in performing graphic arts layout, and setup functions using computer graphics software and/or relevant work experience in many facets of the design/art profession.
• Should have advanced technical knowledge of computer graphical and/or publication software
• Should have an excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software.
• Should have a thorough understanding of social media and web analytics.
• Must gain an in-depth understanding of the company's target market, products, image, and brand.
• Should have a good understanding of market research techniques, and statistical and data analysis methods.
• Must be a team player with a customer-oriented approach.
• Should have good leadership skills.
• Ability to work under deadline pressure and extra hours if needed on assignments
