Logistics Messenger

We are looking for a Logistics Messenger to support the timely and secure movement of documents and small items between project offices, government agencies, and partner institutions. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth coordination between the Manila Core Team, field offices, and external stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Document Dispatch: Provide secure and timely delivery of sensitive documents to DPWH, BIR, Banks, and other government agencies.
• Field Liaison: Act as a mobile link between the Manila Core Team and the field offices for the transfer of physical documents and small equipment.
• External Errands: Perform banking errands and utility bill payments as directed by the accounting team.
• Strategic Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the Team Leader (TL) and Deputy Team Leader (DTL) for urgent deliveries. Support the Costs & Plan (C&P) team by ensuring the timely arrival of financial documents at the client's office.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or College level
• Prior experience as a messenger, courier, or field support staff is an advantage
• Familiarity with government offices (e.g., DPWH, BIR) and banking procedures is a plus
• Valid driver’s license is an advantage (for motorbike or vehicle use, if applicable)
• Reliable and punctual
• Honest and detail-conscious
• Able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
• Flexible and responsive to urgent requests

• Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
• Good time management and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Basic knowledge of routes within Metro Manila and nearby areas
• Ability to handle confidential documents with care
• Willing to perform fieldwork
