Job Title: Learning Operations / Learning & Development Specialist

Skills: Experience supporting Learning & Development / HR Operations / Education Services. Exposure to professional certification programs preferred. Prior offshore or shared services delivery experience is an advantage. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, People Operations / Learning workflows, and SAP/LMS platforms is preferred.

Experience: At least 2-years experience as a Learning Operations Specialist

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

We at Coforge are hiring an Learning Operations Specialist with the following skillset:

  • Set up initial Item Settings and Class Settings in the Global Learning Management System (GLMS).
  • Generate attendance codes and configure program finance settings.
  • Manage ILT and program registrations, including participant and facilitator invites.
  • Configure communication settings (e.g., email reminders, automated notifications).
  • Support classroom, virtual, and room bookings (including ILT-only requirements).
  • Assist with curriculum setup, assessment builds, and course-related setup.
  • Execute changes post setup, including:

o GLMS Item, class, curriculum, and program changes

o Facilitator and participant updates

o Room booking changes

o Learning communication audits
  • Handle firm approvals, token validation, and recharges.
  • Support stakeholder communications (learners, resourcers, People Leaders).
  • Manage workstream change requests.
  • Process CA / CAF expenses, Merits and Awards, and ad hoc postgraduate tasks.
  • Manage approved study leave in the leave management system.
  • Resolve GLMS and Degreed course completion issues, particularly for e learning programs.
  • Process learning invoice recharges and enrolment related billing queries.
  • Ensure accurate enrolment records and timely issue resolution.
  • Respond to mandatory learning queries.
  • Responds to and manages all learner requests via ServiceNow to ensure consistency, visibility, and accurate reporting.
  • Handle invoice processing enquiries and recharge queries.
  • Support event-related requests (rooms, catering, logistics).
  • Address general study leave enquiries and learner concerns.
  • Provide GLMS technical troubleshooting and user support.
  • Support degreed learning programs and learner issues.
  • Resolve digital badge issuance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Act as first line support for LMS navigation, access, and system-related concerns. Maintain high accuracy in learning records, financial data, and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with defined learning governance, processes, and audit requirements.
  • Track and manage service requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Escalate risks, data discrepancies, and system issues as required.
  • Receive, triage, and action People Direct requests via ServiceNow in line with approved service catalogues and SOPs.

o Generic Statement of Service (Dates and Role)

o Statement of Service with Remunerations (dates, Role and current remuneration)

o Statement of Service with Roles and Responsibilities (inc Job Profile description)
  • Process standard People Operations transactions end‑to‑end, ensuring data accuracy across ServiceNow, SAP, SuccessFactors, and related systems.
  • Validate request completeness, documentation, and approvals prior to processing.
  • Resolve first‑line People Operations queries using standard responses and knowledge articles.
  • Escalate exceptions, risks, and out‑of‑scope requests in line with defined escalation pathways.
  • Maintain accurate ServiceNow case notes, status updates, and closures to support SLA tracking and audit requirements. Receive and process voluntary termination requests via ServiceNow in line with approved SOPs and service catalogues.
  • Validate resignation details, notice periods, approvals, recovery of monies and required documentation prior to processing.
  • Execute termination transactions accurately across core systems (ServiceNow, SAP, SuccessFactors) within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate standard offboarding tasks, including system updates, notifications, and checklist completion, where within scope.
  • Escalate non‑standard scenarios, risks, or policy‑related matters to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate, audit‑ready case notes and records in ServiceNow.
  • Receive and process PDP and probation form requests via ServiceNow in line with approved SOPs.
  • Perform standard system updates and record management within nominated HR systems where in scope.
  • Track progress, follow up outstanding inputs, and complete case closure activities.
  • Process Fit2Work invoicing and recharge requests via ServiceNow in line with approved SOPs.
  • Perform standard recharge and data updates and communicate to relevant finance and HR teams where in scope.
