The Beverage Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing all beverage operations across bars, lounges, restaurants, banquets, and other beverage outlets. The role ensures exceptional guest experiences through high-quality beverage service while maximizing profitability, maintaining inventory control, ensuring compliance with liquor regulations, and developing an innovative beverage program.The Beverage Manager leads and develops the bar team, manages supplier relationships, and drives beverage sales through promotions and menu development.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in beverage operations, bars, restaurants, or hotels.
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, cocktails, coffee, tea, and beverage trends
- Experience in inventory management and beverage cost control.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Works with Integrity
- Willing to work in Cordova, Cebu
