ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Job description:

  1. Support financial, operational, and compliance audits by gathering and organizing relevant documentation.
  2. Assist in analyzing records, systems, and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
  3. Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to assess and enhance internal controls within Accounts Payable processes.
  4. Aid in preparing reports and documenting processes to facilitate audit findings and recommendations.
  5. Involves in preparing Accounts Payable Vouchers (APVs) for various transactions, including those with contractors, government entities, and other services, as well as for petty cash replenishment.
  6. To ensure that all attached documents are complete and accurate.

EDUCATION:

  1. BS in Accountancy, BS in Internal Auditing, or related courses.

  6. Proficiency in MS Office suite
  7. Ethics and Integrity

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental Pay:
