QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least high school graduate or with vocational short course.
• At least 1 year experience in the field.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Does mise en place of kitchen ingredients and sets up the kitchen tools for kitchen services.
• Prepares backup stocks as part of his/her daily routine, to avoid stock shortage.
• Provides accuracy of inventory and follows proper FIFO of stocks.
• Reports to CDP the undelivered items and items with low quality.
• Ensures efficiency in cooking and provides high quality dishes.
• Performs any additional duties/tasks given by the immediate head or head chef.
