Is currently looking for:

LINE COOK

Work Schedule: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Basic salary: ₱540 per day
• Night differential pay: ₱6.75 per hour (for applicable night shift hours)
• Non-taxable allowance: amount will depend on the candidate’s experience and will be discussed upon hiring
• Government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards
• Ensure proper food plating and presentation before serving
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen station
• Assist in food prep, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
• Monitor food stock levels and coordinate with supervisors for replenishment
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure timely service during operations
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef efficiently
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and portion control across all dishes
