Job Description

• Evaluating current maintenance processes, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and pinpointing areas for improvement.
• Creating and implementing customized maintenance plans that align with industry best practices to minimize downtime.
• Maintaining cost-effective spare parts stock levels and ensuring timely repairs.
• Utilizing new technologies and methods to monitor equipment health and performance, and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Streamlining workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing best practices to improve overall maintenance efficiency.
• Working closely with maintenance personnel to ensure successful implementation of new strategies and procedures.
• Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Offering guidance and support to clients on a wide range of maintenance-related topics.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is usually the minimum requirement.
• A master's degree (like an MBA or a relevant technical degree) can be advantageous.
• Certifications in areas like safety management or specific technologies used in maintenance can enhance qualification
• Experience in maintenance, engineering, or related fields is highly valued.
• Experience with project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring, is essential.
• The ability to diagnose and solve problems related to equipment and maintenance is crucial.
• Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS):
• Familiarity with CMMS software and its use in managing maintenance operations is important.
• Knowledge of managing spare parts inventory and optimizing stock levels is essential.
• Understanding of various building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) is necessary.
