Power BI Dashboard Developer (Microsoft Fabric, Data Lake) (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Build semantic models, KPIs, and DAX calculations
- Perform data transformation using Power Query (M)
- Integrate Power BI with Azure Data Lake, OneLake, Lakehouse, and Warehouse sources
- Optimize report performance, refresh schedules, and data models
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace permissions
- Validate and reconcile data with source systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and present solutions
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field
- 3–7 years of experience in Power BI, BI reporting, or analytics
- Strong experience with:
- Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service
- DAX and data modeling
- SQL and Power Query (M)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric concepts:
- OneLake
- Lakehouse / Warehouse
- Dataflows Gen2
- Experience connecting Power BI to Data Lakes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric workloads and Direct Lake
- Exposure to Azure Synapse, Databricks, or Snowflake
- Knowledge of Power BI Premium / Fabric Capacity
- Willing to work Hybrid setup
