Job Purpose
Develop high-quality applications and deliver them on time with complete feature sets aligned to business specifications.
What You'll Do- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications across the full technology stack
- Ensure application compliance with architecture standards and manage technical debt
- Perform unit testing and participate in peer code reviews
- Support production deployment activities with minimal risk (no P1/P2 outages)
- Collaborate closely with teams through Scrum ceremonies and agile processes
- Provide Level 3 support and continuous enhancements for existing applications
- Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories
- Timely and predictable sprint delivery
- Improved velocity and reduced defect density
- Increased deployment success rates
- High application uptime and reduced incidents
- Graduate of BS Computer Science or related field
- 3–5 years experience as a Full Stack Developer
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages
- Experience with:
- NodeJS
- Angular
- React Native
- Java and/or .NET
- iOS & Android development (cross-platform)
- Problem-solvers who can identify and resolve system issues
- Strong communicators who can explain technical concepts clearly
- Team players with strong prioritization and organizational skills
