Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing high-value client relationships for Opulence Design Concept. This role focuses on premium and luxury interior brands, requiring strong expertise in high-end sales, project-based negotiations, and relationship management with architects, designers, developers, and affluent clients.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Sales Growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Expand market reach for luxury brands such as Stosa and ABK
- Generate leads through networking, industry events, and referrals
- Account Management (Luxury Portfolio)
- Handle and grow key accounts for brands like Sans Souci and Vinmar
- Maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers
- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients and projects
- Ensure client satisfaction from concept to project completion
- Client Engagement & Project Handling
- Present product solutions aligned with client design vision and requirements
- Conduct product presentations, showroom tours, and site visits
- Collaborate with design and technical teams for project execution
- Manage quotations, negotiations, and contract closures
- Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning
- Monitor industry trends in luxury interiors, architecture, and design
- Analyze competitors and recommend strategies to maintain premium positioning
- Strengthen brand awareness for Sofeyia and Arrow in the local market
- Revenue & Performance Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Track project progress and revenue realization
- Optimize pricing strategies while maintaining brand exclusivity
- Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with marketing for campaigns and brand promotions
- Coordinate with operations and logistics for timely delivery
- Align with finance on pricing, billing, and collections
