About the Role

Degalen Corporation is looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our branch. This role is vital in keeping the office running smoothly, working closely with the Branch Manager and the rest of the team to ensure efficient processes and timely communication with our main office in Cebu.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a well-organized office environment, including supplies, records, and documentation
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to support operational and administrative needs
  • Prepare and issue invoices to clients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person, including preparing and sending quotations
  • Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on collections when needed
  • Coordinate with the main office in Cebu for reporting, documentation, and logistics
  • Assist in scheduling, filing, and other clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with email management
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with invoicing and basic accounting practices is a plus
  • Honest and dependable with good interpersonal skills
